Bed and Breakfast accommodation
When we first discovered this property in the winter of 2004 it was in very poor condition and had been uninhabited for nearly 20 years. Huge amounts of work have since been done on the house to create the charming period home you see today.
Electricity, heating and plumbing are all new and our guests benefit from the creativity of the local craftsmen who undertook the work for us. Bedrooms are individually themed and decorated but have in common original features such as marble fireplaces, built-in cupboards and large, shuttered windows overlooking the garden. Each has a modern en-suite bathroom with WC and shower.
Twin Bedroom
Downstairs, guests are served in a completely new dining room (created from a bedroom and an anteroom) opening onto the garden. Our modern kitchen will be serving a range of continental-style items: coffee, tea, fruit juice, local bread and croissants and homemade jam. When the weather permits, breakfast may be taken on the terrace, the perfect start to the day!
Dining Room
The reception room is the place to look for guides to the area and we would be happy to share our own enthusiasm for the region and point you in the right direction. Before you leave for the day why not linger awhile on the terrace or in the garden, relax on a lounger or chat to other guests?
With prices from 55 Euros including breakfast, this is a delightfully affordable way to enjoy the centre of France.
